Simple and fast training:
Keep the jaw contracted with JawDesign for 1min. This will stimulate the masseters and improve the synaptic connection with them.
Then a work in plyometrics:
Chew at normal pace on a reduced amplitude, perform 30 repetitions or more (adapt the number of repetitions according to your possibilities).
Take 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest time, then repeat this workout until reaching 10 to 20 minutes.
