Our returns policy only applies for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of products already used. This is due to hygiene and health concerns

Please note that refunds or replacements will only be approved in cases of manufacturing defects. For health reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of used products. In addition to this, refunds or replacements will not be processed if the product is damaged due to incorrect use (please refer to the instruction sheet provided with your product)

Incorrect use includes:

Using canines or front teeth to chew/bite JawDesign

Chewing for an excessive duration (refer to instructions for recommended duration of use)

Fast and powerful bite that can cause product damage due to factors such as sharpness of teeth
